The Maldives is a tropical nation in the Indian Ocean composed of 26 ring-shaped atolls, which are made up of more than 1,000 coral islands. It’s known for its beaches, blue lagoons and extensive reefs. The capital, Malé, has a busy fish market, restaurants and shops on the main road, Majeedhee Magu, and 17th-century Hukuru Miskiy (also known as Friday Mosque) made of carved white coral.
I am going to review my experience with Holiday Factory
Feedback on Holiday Factory – (Bought a Samsung Note 7 and got a Holiday factory buy 1 and get one free voucher)
Below mentioned are the package which they had offered if we were travelling from UAE.
To be very precise it is not a buy 1 and get 1 free voucher but a discount coupon. I have done a bit of Homework and found out that we can save Dhs 700 to 900 from this vouchers. ( Which is not bad).
I have selected Maldives tour from Holiday factory. The payment was done on 28th August 2016 (Sunday) from my credit card so the voucher was instant. My travel date was on 13th September 2016. As the voucher says I must wait for 72 hours to get an update.
My next call to Holiday Factory was on Wednesday (31st August 2016) then the games began they checked and told me that the date which I have selected is not available and asked me to get another dates. I have asked them to give me an available date so that I can do the booking on the spot. they told me that the next dates available is on 25th September onward.
I have selected my travelling date on 27th September which they said that they are not sure if the dates are available and to get the confirmation I must wait for another 72 hours.
(Please note within this 5 day I have send them an email twice and they have confirmed the same that I have to wait for 72 hours.)
My next call to holiday factory was on 3rd September 2016. To my surprise after the conversation they told me that they want 72 working hours in order to proceed further.
While writing this note (i.e 4th September) I have messaged holiday factory on Facebook and he replied me back by saying “All Samsung booking are under process, you will receive an update by Today for sure”
But unfortunately I did not receive any emails or any feedback.
On September 11th, although it was a public holiday, I have received a call from holiday factory with regards to my booking and they told me that they have called me to cross verify my travelling date and they also informed me that they will be sending me the travel documents. I was still not convenience about it and I thought this is to keep my mouth shot for few more days but to my surprise I got the email instantly.
Although, I was not convenience by the travel document because of their negative review/Feedback. I have cross verified my booking dates with the Fly Dubai Call center. Yes, that was genuine.
Well very sad to say that my lonuveli Hotel which was supposed to be booked for me was cancelled. I got a call from one of the agent from Holiday factory and informed me that They had booked another hotel "Simry Beachslide" . I have googled it out and it seems ok.
Just to let you know that the hotel booking cancellation was informed in advance.

A lovely place and a lovely people. I like the Hospitality and the Green Theme of this Hotel. It's a newly build hotel. It's a small and beautiful. I really liked their hospitality of welcoming visitors in a traditional way. And the best part was they have upgraded my hotel rooms for free that was very kind of them and a surprising package was a small lift for customers.
We have purchased their excursion tours and it's cheap compare to other tour agents and worthy.
Their adventures desert safary ( Yatch) was great and Cinnamon Dhonveli resort was also worthy to visit.
Sun Set and Dolphins were one of the highlight of this Yatch Tour. Although, I don’t know how to swim, but the crystal blue waters were so fascinating that I could not control my self to jump on the oceans.

Overall, My experience with Holiday factory was satisfactory.
Conclusion: Holiday factory is genuine but they failed to deliver the Travel voucher within 72 hours which they had promised for. If you are booking with Holiday factory, just keep in mind that they will take approx 12 days to provide the voucher. (As per my experience).
